Mondays

Aerial Stretch and Refresh with Sound Bath –  –

  • Aerial Yoga Stretch & Refresh is a class designed to rejuvenate and refresh the body. Hammocks cradle and support you as we move through restorative style stretches to totally release tension in the back, neck, and hips. We complete class with crystal bowls. This might be your best savasana yet! This class is appropriate for all levels of students we ask that you arrive to class 15 minutes early and be sure to remove jewelry, as well as wear a shirt that covers the armpits for comfort.

Wednesday

Gentle Relaxation Yoga –  –

  • Perfect for capping off a long day at work, or for any time you’re craving relaxation. Class begins with a gentle, flowing sequence of postures synchronizing breath and movement, followed by an active, deep stretch of the neck, shoulders, hips, hamstrings, and back muscles. Suitable for: Athletes, beginners, intermediate and advanced students Postures found in this class: Cat/Cow, forward bend, Sun Salutation A, Warrior I and II, seated stretching postures Physical benefits: Increased range of motion and flexibility, improved alignment, relaxation – Neither experience or flexibility are required, just a desire to try something new and have fun.

Thursday

Friday

Yoga & Meditation for Children with Special Needs – 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM

  • Address528 E New Haven Ave, Melbourne, FL 32901
  • A wonderful class for kids ages 8 – 12 years old who might have special needs related to the autism spectrum. Helps cultivate focus, concentration, relaxation and strength in a fun, creative environment designed specifically to nurture young minds. Led by Next Generation Yoga certified teacher, Mariah Almerez.

Flow Yoga – 12:00 – 12:45

  • Address528 E New Haven Ave, Melbourne, FL 32901
  • A combination of accessible postures, fluid movement and breath.

    Suitable for: Beginners, intermediate and advanced students. Postures found in this class: Half moon, gate, seated twist, baby cobra, low lunge, runner’s lunge, half split, tree, cat/cow. Flow is a synchronicity of attainable postures linked in fluid movement with breath designed to enhance blood flow throughout your body, energizing it with fresh oxygenated blood. Although Flow is a Vinyasa-inspired class, the pace is slower than our Vinyasa classes, but more vigorous than our Pure Stretch classes. It’s a great class for new yoga students as well as those yoga practitioners who prefer to practice in a moderate temperature versus heat.
