About the Workshop:

  • Learn tips to use at home to improve sleep
  • Laid-back, gentle sequence to calm anxiety and stress enabling a more restful sleep. Each pose explained in detail so that each participant will understand the benefits.
  • An interactive sequence with questions encouraged.
  • Dress comfortably – Bring a pillow or bolster, mat & water.
  • Workshop suitable for ages 12+
